The Requirement – With over 2000 delegates attending the World Conference event and having to focus on more than 30 different brands, the organising team wanted a fast and efficient method of interacting with the delegates. From the initial welcome message on arrival through a suite of timed announcements to a rousing departure message, everything had to work smoothly.
The Solution – AIMS solution for the event was to set up 4 interactive zones, each issuing targeted announcement, direction and update messages to defined segments of the delegates. The organising team members had the availability of ‘real time’ statistical information, making managing the events timetable very simple.
Post event, the organising team were able to brief Thomas Cook senior management on the effectiveness and attendance of each section of the World Conference schedule.
The Result – An event that was super efficient but more importantly, enjoyed by all the delegates. Having experienced the enormous potential of the AIMS Bluetooth Marketing Systems, Thomas Cook has entered into negotiations for a UK wide system roll out.
