The Requirement – Marco Acari, the owner, wanted a system that would allow him to communicate with his customers, inform them on special offers, speciality events and just all round customer contact BUT very importantly he did not want himself or any of his staff diverted from their rolls within the organisation, therefore the operation had to be outsourced. When Marco realised that he could have an online booking system integrated with an email system and AIMS would manage everything, the project was given the ‘thumbs up’.
The Solution – AIMS liaised with the existing La Vita web design company and installed our online booking system. We then designed a suite of customer focussed email templates covering all situations. As all our solutions are on a ‘Fully Managed Service’ basis, La Vita staff were left free to run the operation without any distraction or time diversion.
The Result – The systems worked extremely well and over the past two years since the initial systems were installed, the average number of bookings through the AIMS booking system is an incredible 300 covers. The email system issues monthly news letters but also sends out personalised emails to the following months ‘Birthday People’ inviting them to celebrate the event at La Vita. The system also tracks the best customers and issues a personalised email to them with specific offers.
