The Requirement – To work alongside this huge investment in client experience, the management of the club wanted a state of the art Guest list booking and email marketing system. The need was an exceptional client interaction system.
The Solution – AIMS solution was to design and deliver a sophisticated solution built on our Online Booking platform. As with all AIMS solutions, this is a ‘Fully Managed Service’ we do all system management and client interaction, all Lava&Ignite need to do is welcome the guests. The Guest list is accessed by clients, from the Lava&Ignite website, with individually personalised emails being sent to patrons on a weekly basis informing them on events, special nights and offers.
The Result – Quite simply, club management tell us our system is the most powerful marketing system they have had in the 4 years since opening. Averaging 6000 bookings per month through the Guest list system and an incredible, one night high of 1800 bookings; it’s all about driving more business through the door.
