The Requirement – Senior staff at Heavens Gate wanted a solution that would allow them to communicate directly with their ‘clubbing’ clients at live music events. This communication was to start immediately on a client’s arrival at the event and continue throughout the experience.

The Solution – AIMS supplied Bluetooth Proximity units which would carry a ‘welcome message’ and timed messages specific to each event. Furthermore, an SMS Text system would be deployed to reinforce the Heavens Gate brand and deliver additional revenues. Both systems were delivered using our unique Fully Managed Service – the client can focus totally on running a successful event, whilst leaving AIMS to deliver the marketing messages.

The Result – The systems have operated in excess of expectations. Dance goers get regular calls to action during the events using the Bluetooth Proximity marketing systems, from downloading sample tracks to drink offers. The system is augmented with SMS Text messages to a targeted audience which generated over £600 additional revenue in the first week of operation and has continued to deliver substantial profits.
